A 4-fold bet relates mainly to horse racing. It sort of falls under the umbrella of the accumulator phrase, being a single bet that is made up of four different selections. Of course, if you’re making more than four selections, the phrasing would change to suit this i.e. five-fold bet, six-fold bet etc. Anything less than a 4-fold bet is considered as a single, double or treble wager instead.
