Armenia will travel to the Mercedes-Benz Arena (Stuttgart) to face Germany in the Group J sixth encounter of the World Cup Qualifiers. The match will take place on Sunday, September 5 at 7:45 pm (UK). Read on for our predictions, as well as our betting tips for the encounter between Germany and Armenia.
In Group J, the primary competitors are Germany and Armenia. With ten points, Armenia leads the table, while Germany is in second place with nine points. Armenia is ranked 88th in the world, whereas Germany is ranked 16th. Armenia, on the other hand, appears to be defying the odds in Group J as the only team that hasn't lost yet. The following match will determine which team will take the lead. Germany will be aiming for the top rank now that it is hosting the match.
Germany hasn't been particularly outstanding in terms of performance; in Euro 2020, it drew 2-2 with Hungary before losing 2-0 to England. It won 3-0 and 1-0 over Iceland and Romania, respectively, in this campaign. However, things went wrong at home when they fell 2-1 to North Macedonia. The team's most recent match was a 2-0 away victory over Liechtenstein, with goals from Werner and Sane. This victory has boosted the team's confidence ahead of Sunday's match against Armenia.
Armenia hasn't been a threat in previous competitions, but it appears to have set its sights on winning the World Cup Qualifiers. It hasn't lost a match in Group J. Its campaign began with victories over Liechtenstein, Iceland, and North Macedonia. The encounter against North Macedonia only concluded in a 0-0 draw at the beginning of this week.
Armenia has played Germany three times since 1996, with Germany winning all three games. Two of the games were World Cup qualifiers, and the other was a friendly match. As a result, based on both teams' present record, dismissing Armenia would be a terrible decision. Armenia appears to be capable of posing a major threat to its adversary; Germany should be on the lookout.

Daniel Garcia is originally from Basque Country, and as a kid who grew up just a few streets from Mendizorrotza Stadium, the choice of Deportivo Alavés as his favourite club is more than obvious. Because of his studies, he moved to Madrid where he graduated in Sports Journalism. Daniel plays football on the weekends, but that does not stop him from watching all La Liga matches. He believes that the outcome of a match can be predicted if all the parameters are analyzed well, including form of the players and weather conditions. Currently he is living in Belgrade, and is in love with a Serbian girl who works as a journalist at one of the famous Sport Channels in Serbia.
