Arsenal host Sheffield Utd in the fourth week of the Premier League at the Emirates Stadium (London) on Sunday, October 4 and the match kicks off at 2pm (UK).

Arsenal ended their undefeated run in the league last weekend in their 3-1 defeat to defending champions Liverpool at Anfield.The Gunners won their first two games of the campaign against Fulham away (0-3) and West Ham at home (2-1). Those were not the most problematic fixtures in all fairness, but you can only beat what's in front of you, and in two London teams they had difficult enough rivals. Next, Arteta's side welcomes Sheffield Utd, confident enough after they put up a good fight against the Reds.
The poor start is a bit worrying situation for the Blades, as they continue their three-game winless streak, similar to the one from the back end of the last season, which cost them one of the Europa League spots. They lost their home opening match to Wolves (0-2) and the next match against Aston Villa (1-0). Lastly, against newly promoted Leeds, the Blades hoped they could break the dead-lock and get on the score-board, but finished again without scoring, which only compounded to their third defeat in a row.
MATCH ANALYSIS
After rotating heavily in Carabao Cup against Leicester, Arsenal's boss Mikel Arteta fielded the strongest possible eleven at Anfield, having in mind that at least four first-teamers were unavailable for the game with injuries. They set up to attack on the counter, with Aubameyang being the main threat, as was the case in their last three match-ups, but Klopp's men proved too strong to make the treble against the champions. Nevertheless, Arsenal have plenty of reasons to be cheerful under Mikel Arteta, encouraged by last season's FA Cup win and a good start to this term. The Blades need to quickly get over disappointment from their defeats against Wolves,Villa and Leeds and in Chris Wilder they have a manager who’ll know how to get them back to winning ways. However, it will be awfully hard to repeat the last year's campaign and more realistically, the number one goal for 20/21 will be to ensure they stay up comfortably. Sheffield United, who have never previously failed to score in their opening three league fixtures, are absolute underdogs against highly ambitious Arsenal, but a good performance at the Emirates can get them back on the right track.
