The Eagles are 10th in the table, one place below Leeds on goal difference. After two consecutive wins against Southampton at home (1-0) and Manchester United away (1-3) at the start of the new campaign, they followed it with two defeats - to Everton at home (1-2) and away to Chelsea (4-0) Since then they picked up a draw against Brighton (1-1), a win against Fulham (1-2) and most recently a defeat to Wolves (2-0).
