Fulham host Man City at the Craven Cottage (London) in the 28th round of the Premier League and the match kicks off at 8 pm (UK) on Saturday, March 13. Read our reasons for Fulham vs Man City prediction and betting tips.
After securing an impressive win against struggling champions Liverpool at Anfield last weekend, Fulham now only remain in the relegation zone on goal difference, level on points with Brighton in seventeenth place and one point behind Newcastle. However, they face another stiff test against league leaders Man City who got resumed normal service after losing to Man United by thrashing Southampton 5-2 at home in midweek. The Citizens have a 14 point cushion at the top, albeit with a game in hand, and were last beaten away from home in the Premier League way back on November 21 at Tottenham.
Fulham were left in high spirit after their 1-0 win at Anfield last weekend and the outstanding performance proves that the Whites can beat anyone in the Premier League on the current form.
Scott Parker’s side inflicted another damaging home defeat on Liverpool with Mario Lemina’s strike just before half-time proving decisive. While the visitors could have had a more comfortable lead given the strength of their first-half display, their desire to hold onto their precious advantage was equally impressive.
Fulham’s strong recent performances, especially in defence, have seen the Cottagers climb to one point off safety. After losing their first six games at the beginning of the season and conceding 14 goals in the process, many classed the west London outfit as the top-flight whipping boys. But manager Scott Parker has completely turned their fortunes around, and no club has conceded fewer Premier League goals than Fulham in their last six matches.
Pep Guardiola's side still hold a double-digit lead over United at the top of the table, with 9 games left to play, and remain on course for an unprecedented Quadruple. City are in the EFL Cup final, FA Cup quarter-finals, and hold a 2-0 lead over Borussia Monchengladbach after a first-leg away win in their Champions League last 16 tie. The loss against United was timely in the sense that nothing is granted and that Citizens will have to work hard until the end.
On Wednesday night, Southampton looked like handing out another dose of reality with a swift start of their own. However, once City had re-discovered their feet, and their rhythm, they soon established their own reality. If Sunday’s derby defeat at the Etihad was a regrettable blip, this 5-2 victory over the Saints was their uncompromising response. A side that has won 16 of their last 17 league games only need six wins from their remaining nine matches to be crowned champions for the third time in four years.

Fulham meet Man City having not won previously in their last 13 Premier League games against the Citizens (D3, L10) since an away win in April 2009. They’ve lost the last eight in a row by an aggregate score of 23-3. Moreover, Fulham have won just four of their 27 Premier League meetings with Man City, with just one of those wins coming at home.
After convincingly beating Southampton, we can see City losing points here, even if the Cottagers are in impressive form of their own.

Tucker grew up in London, more precisely in West London. But, unlike many locals, he doesn’t like big and famous teams from that part of the city. Instead, ever since he was a kid, Tucker was passionate for lower divisions. This passion was born when his uncle from Reading took him to the local derby with Aldershot Town when he was 6 and since that moment football was running through his veins. He became a huge fan of the Royals for life, and whenever he could, he goes to Madejski Stadium to enjoy the game. Apart from being a job, his sports knowledge also becomes more than useful when he is betting live on high stakes which is also his passion.
