Granada will be looking to bounce back from a heavy 4-0 loss to Barcelona when they take on Osasuna at their Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes on Tuesday evening.
Los Granadinos suffered three defeats in the previous four league fixtures, and, no doubt, they would be happy with one point from the postponed clash. Jesus Vallejo is banned for the match, while Neyder Lozano remains in the recovery room.
Osasuna, on the other hand, did well to hold Real Madrid to a goalless draw on a waterlogged pitch. El Grana remain seventh in Spain's top flight, having picked up 24 points from their 17 matches, but the fact that they have already lost seven times this season is a concern for a team chasing a European finish. The Red and Whites, who finished seventh in La Liga last term, have a busy period ahead as they will continue their Copa del Rey challenge against Malaga on January 15.
Los Rojillos made a slow start to the season, but they have been making progress week by week, and, no doubt, they are capable of matching Granada at Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes. Osasuna are undefeated in the previous five league fixtures, and we are positive that they will grab something from the postponed game.
The likes of Adrian, Brasanac, Chimy Avila, Ruben, and Torro are all likely to miss the game with injuries. Los Rojillos have not collected all three points in La Liga since October 24, though, and they have lost their last two league fixtures with Granada by an aggregate score of 4-0. Back-to-back draws with Sociedad and the reigning champions will hand them confidence, but a poor result on Tuesday would leave them in a difficult spot ahead of a huge game at Valencia on January 21. In an otherwise available group of players, there’s only the sole fitness issue for the Osasuna gaffer Jagoba Arrasate to be concerned about.

Osasuna have been the draw specialists in recent weeks, and we fancy the visitors to claim another point here. Granada have lost three of their last four in the league and will be wary of suffering another defeat. We’re predicting a narrow 2-1 advantage for Granada after 90 minutes.
Our final Granada vs Osasuna Prediction is Granada to win.

Daniel Garcia is originally from Basque Country, and as a kid who grew up just a few streets from Mendizorrotza Stadium, the choice of Deportivo Alavés as his favourite club is more than obvious. Because of his studies, he moved to Madrid where he graduated in Sports Journalism. Daniel plays football on the weekends, but that does not stop him from watching all La Liga matches. He believes that the outcome of a match can be predicted if all the parameters are analyzed well, including form of the players and weather conditions. Currently he is living in Belgrade, and is in love with a Serbian girl who works as a journalist at one of the famous Sport Channels in Serbia.
