Sevilla will head to Russia on Tuesday night knowing that a victory over Krasnodar would guarantee themselves a spot in the knockout round of the Champions League.
Krasnodar gave an excellent account of themselves in the reverse match in Seville earlier this month, taking a two-goal lead at Estadio Ramon before Sevilla responded to record a 3-2 win. It was always going to be difficult for the Russian side to make an impression in the group, and they are currently third with just one point to show from their three matches, losing 4-0 at home to Chelsea before the defeat in Spain on November 4.
Finishing above Rennes and claiming a Europa League spot in the process would be a huge positive for the Bulls, though, considering that this is their first ever appearance in the group stages of the Champions League. Matches featuring FC Krasnodar have tended to be absorbing ones lately with plenty of scoring expected. Over their past half dozen games, a grand total of 20 goals have been recorded for both sides combined (at an average of 3.33 goals per game) with 5 of these being chalked up by Byki. It will be interesting to see if that trend will end up being continued on into this next match. Krasnodar boss Murad Musayev does not have any fitness concerns whatsoever coming into this match thanks to a fully healthy squad available to choose from.
Sevilla, meanwhile, will be looking to make it four straight victories in all competitions on Tuesday, booking their spot in the last-16 stage of the tournament in the process. Level on points with Chelsea in Group E, last season's Europa League winners opened their 2020-21 Champions League challenge with a goalless draw at Chelsea before beating Rennes and Krasnodar on home soil.
Julen Lopetegui's side were far from their best in the early stages of the season - winning just one of their six matches in all competitions between October 4 and October 31 - but a positive November has seen them overcome Krasnodar, Osasuna and Celta Vigo in their last three. Julen Lopetegui's Sevilla have managed to stick the ball in the net 10 times throughout their latest sextet of matches. The overall goals that have been scored against them during that same period comes to 7. Sevilla manager Julen Lopetegui has to choose a team with limited availability. Suso and Oussama Idrissi won’t be making appearances. Jesús Navas is ineligible for this match because of suspension.

We feel that in this game, FC Krasnodar would be disappointed if they were not to breach the defense of this Sevilla outfit, but a single goal may not quite prevent them from conceding a couple at the other end. We, therefore, reckon that it will be a tight encounter finishing with a 1-2 victory for Sevilla when the full-time whistle blows.
So our final Krasnodar vs Sevilla Prediction is Sevilla to win.

Daniel Garcia is originally from Basque Country, and as a kid who grew up just a few streets from Mendizorrotza Stadium, the choice of Deportivo Alavés as his favourite club is more than obvious. Because of his studies, he moved to Madrid where he graduated in Sports Journalism. Daniel plays football on the weekends, but that does not stop him from watching all La Liga matches. He believes that the outcome of a match can be predicted if all the parameters are analyzed well, including form of the players and weather conditions. Currently he is living in Belgrade, and is in love with a Serbian girl who works as a journalist at one of the famous Sport Channels in Serbia.
