Milan has scored in their 14 last games against Parma but must cope without both Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Simon Kjaer this weekend.
It seemed like Zlatan would make the match when reports appeared saying he was making progress earlier this week, but the latest updates revealed he still trains individually because of the hamstring injury. The Danish defender was injured in the Europa League clash with Celtic, whilst the Swedish center-forward has been out since he scored a brace against Napoli. Milan has scored in 14 consecutive League games against the Gialloblu and are confident after having picked up 26 points from 10 games so far this term and can beat the record of 28 in 11 from 2005-06. The last three times the Diavolo were unbeaten after 11 games, they won the Scudetto in the end, in 1991-92, 1992-93 and 2003-04.
Milan had two games in the last week. They had to battle hard to beat Sampdoria 2-1, with Samu Castillejo scoring off the bench and a late scare. The Serie A leaders had to thank Gianluigi Donnarumma with his early save on Lorenzo Tonelli, then Franck Kessie converted a penalty for handball. There was a desperate goal-line clearance and Sandro Tonali clipping the upright before Castillejo secured his super-sub status by scoring with his first touch. However, Albin Ekdal flicked on a corner to put Samp back into it and came close to an equalizer in stoppages. On Thursday evening, Jens Petter Hauge scored the only goal of the game, but Ciprian Tatarusanu needed a fantastic save in stoppages to beat 10-man Sparta Prague and win the Europa League group.
Milan (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria, Gabbia, Romagnoli, Hernandez; Bennacer, Kessie; Saelemaekers, Calhanoglu, Hauge; Rebic
Suspended: none
Injured: Ibrahimovic, Kjaer
On a yellow card: Kessie
Parma, on the other hand, has only won one of their last seven Serie A games and sit 16th in the table. Last time out, Parma and Benevento had some chances, but ultimately a goalless draw does best reflect the current form of the two teams. This was a relegation tussle with a few chances. Maxime Busi hit the side-netting and Gianluca Lapadula at full stretch couldn’t quite get on the end of Gaetano Letizia’s cross. Jasmin Kurtic’s effort was deflected wide by Alessandro Tuia, while Luigi Sepe pushed the Improta attempt round the post. Gervinho rolled across from the right, but Andreas Cornelius couldn’t get the touch from six yards. Lapadula flashed a ball along the six-yard line with nobody able to get the tap-in, but as time wore on, the game deteriorated into an ill-tempered affair. Also, weather conditions and heavy pitch because of the rain made flowing football extremely difficult.
Parma (4-2-3-1): Sepe; Busi, Osorio, Bruno Alves, Gagliolo; Hernani, Scozzarella, Kurtic; Karamoh, Gervinho; Cornelius
Suspended: none
Injured: Mihaila, Grassi, Laurini, Kucka

Even without an influential duo, Milan adjusted very well and continued their impressive season. They are favorites to win the next game and the home team is very close to another three points in the new season.

Daniel Garcia is originally from Basque Country, and as a kid who grew up just a few streets from Mendizorrotza Stadium, the choice of Deportivo Alavés as his favourite club is more than obvious. Because of his studies, he moved to Madrid where he graduated in Sports Journalism. Daniel plays football on the weekends, but that does not stop him from watching all La Liga matches. He believes that the outcome of a match can be predicted if all the parameters are analyzed well, including form of the players and weather conditions. Currently he is living in Belgrade, and is in love with a Serbian girl who works as a journalist at one of the famous Sport Channels in Serbia.
