NORWICH VS QPR MATCH ANALYSIS
Daniel Farke's side looking to get back to winning ways as Norwich lost 1-0 to Watford on Boxing Day at the Vicarage Road. That loss meant that Watford closed the gap on Norwich at the top of the Championship table to only four points as the Canaries remaind top of the league with 43 points. The visitors, on the other hand, have not won any of their last eight Championship games, drawing three and losing five of those matches. The 2-0 home defeat to Swansea on Boxing Day, their ninth of the season, left them in 18th in the standings, with 20 points from 21 matches.
Norwich remain safe at top of the table for the time being even though their defeat to the Hornets ended their five-games winning run. The Canaries are determined to return to the Premier League, and will stick to their attacking style of play when they visit the capital. Finland attacker Pukki looks unstoppable at the moment, and he is likely to prove a handful on Tuesday night. They travel to QPR without Byram, Hernandez, Idah, Krul, Mumba, and Quintilla, who are all sidelined with injuries.
In their Boxing Day defeat to Watford, Spaniard Munoz, who was appointed last Sunday after Vladimir Ivic's sacking, was in the Hornets dugout for the first time and watched on as his team produced one of their best displays of the season so far. Sarr scored the game's only goal six minutes before the break for coach Xisco Munoz’s perfect start. On the other hand, it proved a frustrating Boxing Day evening for Daniel Farke's men.
The west Londoners scored 67 goals in last season's Championship campaign - a figure beaten only by Leeds, West Brom, Brentford and Cardiff. However, 40 of these goals came from Eberechi Eze, Jordan Hugill and Nahki Wells, all of whom now play their football elsewhere. They are still fun to watch, but this campaign has proven so far that they will struggle without those three. It was evident again in their most recent league defeat against play-off contenders from Wales.
On Boxing Day, QPR were asking questions of Steve Cooper's defense, but the opening goal came at the other end when Swansea’s leading scorer Ayew headed home to put Steve Cooper's team ahead at the end of a first half in which Rangers had been the better side. Lowe then score in 54th minute for the fourth time in as many games and put the visitors firmly in control till the final whistle.

Historically, Norwich have won 49 of the 125 games that they have played against QPR, losing 41 times. More recently, QPR have not won at Carrow Road since September 2008, and lost 4-0 on their last visit to Norfolk 20 months ago.
Despite being league leaders, Daniel Farke may be keen to work on his side's defensive record, as they have kept just one clean sheet in their last nine matches. However, they should have enough quality in their ranks to see off a struggling QPR, having not lost at Carrow Road since the beginning of October.
By contrast, QPR are winless for more than a month in the Championship (D3, L5) failing to score in four. Low scoring is a constant theme, with two-thirds of QPR’s 21 Championship matches producing under 2.5 total goals, including their last six matches.
BettingKick’s Norwich vs QPR Prediction is: Norwich win.

Tucker grew up in London, more precisely in West London. But, unlike many locals, he doesn’t like big and famous teams from that part of the city. Instead, ever since he was a kid, Tucker was passionate for lower divisions. This passion was born when his uncle from Reading took him to the local derby with Aldershot Town when he was 6 and since that moment football was running through his veins. He became a huge fan of the Royals for life, and whenever he could, he goes to Madejski Stadium to enjoy the game. Apart from being a job, his sports knowledge also becomes more than useful when he is betting live on high stakes which is also his passion.
