2 - 1
Tottenham host Brighton at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (London) in the 7th round of the Premier League on Sunday, November 1 and the match kicks off at 7.15pm (UK).
MATCH PREVIEW
After a bland start against Everton (0-1), the Spurs followed with an excellent performance away at Southampton (5-2) and were left frustrated with a single point after a controversial ending to their match against Newcastle on match-day 3. They followed it with a historic win against Man Utd (1-6) before the international break, but were held to a draw by West Ham next, as they squandered a 3-0 lead.Their latest win at Burnley (0-1) leaves them at 5th with 11 points.
As for Brighton, after losing on the opening day against Chelsea, Brighton bounced back with an away victory at Newcastle (0-3) in 2nd round of the PL. However, they had lost their next two league matches - against Manchester Utd in controversial fashion (2-3) and against Everton (4-2) before they shared points with Crystal Palace in London (1-1) and west Brom at home (1-19 which puts them in the 16th place with 5 points ahead of their match with Tottenham.
MATCH ANALYSIS
Tottenham's league performances are a still inconsistent. They thoroughly demolished Manchester Utd in the league at Old Trafford before the international break, but were stunned by West Ham in their next game as they went from sublime to ridiculous by allowing the astonishing comeback in the span of last 10 minutes.
On the more positive note, Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min are in a splendid form, which showed again in Burnley game as Son scored yet another winner after linking up with Kane. That is the 29th time the pair have combined for a Premier League goal, while Son is now the league's top scorer with eight. Kane - who scored five goals and eight assists - has been directly involved in 13 goals, the most ever by a player in his team's first six Premier League games.
Brighton cruised to a comfortable Premier League victory over an under par Newcastle at St James' Park on match-day 2, which was a superb all-round showing from the Seagulls and the perfect response to losing their opening game to Chelsea. Apart from Maupay, their new young full-back Lamptey and Ben White have been stand-out performers so far. Unfortunately, two consecutive defeats and two draws mean that Brighton have picked-up just 5 points from first six games.
Against the Eagles (1-1), Brighton had more possession, made more passes and had more shots at goal and were left delighted at salvaging a draw but aggrieved at not having scored more. There were promising signs in the West Brom match (1-1) as well - they appeared well organised even without the suspended Lewis Dunk - but their lack of desire to finish the Baggies off ultimately contributed to them losing the three points.

Tucker grew up in London, more precisely in West London. But, unlike many locals, he doesn’t like big and famous teams from that part of the city. Instead, ever since he was a kid, Tucker was passionate for lower divisions. This passion was born when his uncle from Reading took him to the local derby with Aldershot Town when he was 6 and since that moment football was running through his veins. He became a huge fan of the Royals for life, and whenever he could, he goes to Madejski Stadium to enjoy the game. Apart from being a job, his sports knowledge also becomes more than useful when he is betting live on high stakes which is also his passion.
