If there was ever an online sportsbook that

one place to the next ensures that an inviting and welcoming experience is had
by all who visit. A familiar setup can be seen, with sports listed down the
left-hand side of the screen and your bet slip on the right. To join, you can
use the relevant button in the top-right corner and sign-up takes no longer than
a couple of minutes.
It’s also possible to engage in Pinnacle
sports betting from your smartphone or tablet. The design of the website is
very much the same if you access it through your mobile device’s web browser.
You simply log in with your same credentials this way and you can place bets,
deposit and more by accessing the mobile version of Pinnacle.
That’s not all though, because if you’d
rather not navigate there through your handset’s web browser, you can download
the free Pinnacle app. For the moment, this is only accessible through the
Apple Store for iOS devices for the time being. You just need to search for
Pinnacle Lite on the Apple Store to find it and then download.
Android users need to visit the website on
their web browser, seek out the Pinnacle Lite version by scrolling down to the
bottom and selecting ‘Download Now’. From there, you’ll need to allow the
setting in your device to install apps outside Play Store, which is easy to
proceed with through ‘Settings’. You can then login with your username and
password for an Android mobile betting experience.
You don’t always have to participate in
pre-match betting at Pinnacle. You can also engage in some in-play betting as
well, giving you the opportunity to place wagers while games are in operation. Now,
it’s important to note that Pinnacle only has this particular function
available for its most significant sports. So, while you can participate in
live betting on options from the football, eSports and baseball worlds for
example, you won’t find such available for cricket, golf or table tennis.
Something else that is missing from
Pinnacle is the possibility of watching live streams of sports. While several
of the top online sportsbooks do incorporate this into their options for
bettors, you won’t be able to watch the games from this platform.
Even though there is limited in-play
betting available and no live streaming, Pinnacle does have some impressive
odds available to benefit from. It’s also key to point out that the site has
accepted wagers into the millions of dollars on large events, like the World
Cup. Pinnacle is said to have the lowest margin amongst bookies, which stands
at 3.21%. This is one of the reasons why people are attracted to the
sportsbook, because the odds stand at quite the insane level.
If you compare the collection of sports

Pinnacle probably doesn’t measure up quite as well. It does have many of the

comparison to elsewhere. It’s not so diverse in terms of what it offers either,

on anything. Fortunately, Pinnacle supports a large number of payment methods
for you to do this through.
Where deposits are concerned, you can make
use of multiple options, with the minimum transaction being €10 through most
methods. Just about all options are free to use, but Paysafecards come with a 3.45%
transaction fee and QIWI Wallet transactions have a 2% fee. At the same time,
bank wire transfers incur charges from your bank most of the time. Credit and
debit cards are usable, as are prepaid cards and e-wallets. The maximum deposit
you can make is €50,000 via Trustly, Visa or Mastercard. It’s important to note
that Bitcoin transactions are also welcomed at Pinnacle.
Withdrawals can be processed through a
number of different payment methods, too. These should also be at least €10,
but it’s vital to remember one piece of information – all withdrawals have a
fee attached to them at the sportsbook. This can be anywhere between €12 and
€20, and unless you are making a bank transfer withdrawal, there are maximums
to the amount that you can withdraw.
To put it bluntly, Pinnacle doesn’t really
dabble in promotions or bonuses at all where its sportsbook is concerned.
Instead, it gives its members the perks of high limits, low margins and high
odds. While there is a section of the casino where you can claim 0.3% cashback,
this is only available within that section of Pinnacle.
Any time you require some assistance while
betting at Pinnacle, you can browse through the Help section. This has quite a
lot of information available for you to check into. A support team is also
available, but they cannot be reached through telephone or live chat. While it
is on hand 24/7, you need to fill out the form provided or send a direct email

Pinnacle started out in 1998, making it one
of the longer-running sportsbooks around today. It bases itself out of Curacao,
which is also where it holds a gambling licence from. While these licences do
provide online platforms with a certain set of rules to adhere to, a Curacao
licence isn’t really considered to be the very best out there. That being said,
it has existed now for a long time and there haven’t been any huge complaints
raised against it. Just be sure to verify yourself before you request a
withdrawal.

Upon loading the Pinnacle website up, it
will certainly speak volumes. As noted, I found it to be quite a professional
setup and very easy to navigate around. The Curacao licence didn’t really
inspire a huge amount of confidence, I have to admit, but I still found enough
to intrigue me about the sportsbook.
I’m also happy that Pinnacle is accessible
through mobile devices, even if the method of getting the app through an
Android device is a little cumbersome in itself. Personally, I opted to simply
load the site up through my smartphone’s web browser and it provided a good
enough experience.
I understand what the site is trying to do
where promotions and rewards are concerned, but without anything for sports
bettors in terms of welcome rewards or VIP schemes, it can fall a bit flat.
Pinnacle could with at least the option of receiving a bonus reward or free
bet, for example. I’d prefer to see this overhauled in some way.
On the whole, would I recommend Pinnacle? Well, yes, I potentially would for anyone who is a newcomer to sports betting. It has fewer sports to navigate through, there aren’t any promotion restrictions and it offers up a professional setup. The issue comes when users want to get more out of their chosen sportsbook, and I don’t think Pinnacle is able to cater to such bettors.
