Accessing the 22Bet online sportsbook allows
you to navigate around a well thought out platform, which utilises a basic
setup of sports down the left and bet slip on the right. A turquoise shade of
green is utilised throughout the website, and you can easily sign up for an
account at the sportsbook by using the Sign Up button in the top-right corner.
This process takes no longer than two minutes, and 22Bet as a whole is an
easy-to-use platform.
You don’t have to access the platform from
your home computer if you don’t wish to, as it has been optimised for mobile
accessibility, too. Entering its website address into your device’s browser
will display the compatible version of the site on your mobile screen, and you
can proceed with logging in as normal this way. All of the same sports,
promotions, payment methods and more can be found on the mobile version of
22Bet.
Alternatively, you may wish to download the
site’s mobile app to your handset. This is available for both Android and iOS
devices, and it’s a swift download and install from their respective app stores.
From there, you can utilise the app for betting, depositing, withdrawing,
receiving news notifications and statistics and much more.
You can also navigate across to the In Play
section of the 22Bet sportsbook, if you’d like a bit more of an in-the-moment,
exciting betting experience. By doing so, you’ll be engaging in live betting,
with options on hand from football, basketball, tennis, badminton, eSports and
many more possibilities. Placing bets in this sector allows you to do so while
a game or event is currently taking place. Not only that, but you also get to
gain access to the cash out feature. By using this, you can end a wager before
the game comes to an end, and thereby ensure that you finish in the money or
that you minimise any sort of loss.
Live streaming is something that is visibly
missing from the 22Bet sportsbook, and this is quite a shame. It may end up making
the option a possibility in the near future, but for now, events cannot be
watched from the sportsbook’s site.
As it happens, the odds margin at the 22Bet
sportsbook are very good, with the level averaging out at around 96.25%. The
average of many other bookmakers is around 93.50%. So, if you factor in the
average at 22Bet, then you’ll see that the profit margin stands at around 3.75%,
which is quite exceptional. Many of the important sports, including the Top 5
leagues tend to come with great odds, making 22Bet an appealing sportsbook.
It’s true that the sportsbook features a
variety of different markets for its members to bet on. These are active in
various categories, including highly popular sports like football, tennis and
basketball. 22Bet also places quite a heavy focus on eSports, which makes a
nice change. Even so, alongside the sporting categories, the platform allows
you to also bet on political events. You’re already able to bet on who you
believe will be elected President of Lithuania in 2024, while the US
Presidential Election 2020 is on offer there, too. So, 22Bet does have a bit of
diversity in its range of betting markets.
One area that may need a little bit of
improvement is the payment methods that you can use for depositing and
withdrawing. While other sportsbooks offer a wide range of supported methods,
22Bet only allows you to transact in six different ways. All of these can be
used for deposits and withdrawals.
For the former of those options, you must
deposit at least €10 into your account. This is able to be done through
e-wallets like Skrill, ecoPayz and Neteller first of all. While Visa and
Mastercard credit and debit cards can be used, too. Paysafecard is accepted at
22Bet, while outside of these, bank transfers are usable.
Withdrawals are always sent back to the
same payment method that you deposit through, so if you deposit through
Neteller for example, you’ll get your withdrawal sent there, too. Both
withdrawals and deposits are free of charge to process, and you can take out as
little as €1 from your account. E-wallet users should receive their withdrawals
within 15 minutes after the processing period, while bank transfers and card
transactions can take up to seven business days.
If you navigate to the Promotions page of
the sportsbook, you’ll see the small collection of special offers that are
available to you as a member of the site. Some of these cater specifically to
the casino section of the platform too, so sportsbook bettors aren’t really
left with so much to benefit from.
Welcome Bonus of 100%
Once you register for an account at 22Bet,
you can proceed with making your initial deposit. While you’re doing that, you
need to enter the bonus code of 50SPORT to receive the welcome bonus of 100% on
top up to €50. You also need to ensure that you wager your deposit at least
once on betting markets with odds of at least 1.65 within 30 days.
22Bet does have its own FAQ section that
you can navigate to, although this doesn’t have a huge number of questions and
answers within. Instead, you have the possibility of speaking to the site’s
excellent customer support team. You can do this by clicking on the message box
in the bottom-right corner to start the live chat function up or you can fill
out the form provided on the Contact Us page of the site.

The 22Bet site has been operational since
first opening its doors in 2017, and since that time it has steadily been building
up a following. It holds a gambling licence from the government of Curacao as
well as a secondary one from the United Kingdom Gambling Commission. While the
former licence has always been a bit questionable, the Gambling Commission seal
of approval brings more stability to the platform.

I’ll admit that I was quite impressed with
the setup of 22Bet when I first loaded the website up. It has a great layout,
there’s a nice colour scheme in view and everything is easy to navigate to, too.
Signing up for an account didn’t take me long and then I could deposit easily
enough, despite the fact that there aren’t many payment methods to select from
for this process.
I’m also happy that there is an Android
mobile app that I could download, giving me the possibility of betting while I
was out of the house. The app runs just as smoothly as the desktop variation of
the sportsbook, so that’s always an added bonus.
Speaking of bonuses though, I definitely
think the 22Bet promotions section needs more appeal to it. A welcome bonus is
all fine and great, but what happens after this? Regular bettors need to be
able to take advantage of some special rewards too, and I’d certainly like to
see the collection of offers expand more.
Overall, I like what 22Bet has going at the moment, and if it just puts a bit more effort into expanding certain features, it will be a much better sportsbook. One to keep an eye on for the future, in my opinion.
