Visiting Mr Play will present you with an interesting setup once you get to the sportsbook (it also has casino, live casino and scratch card sections). Everything stands out as being very professionally designed, but then again, it is owned and operated by Aspire Global International, so this is only to be expected. The brand is known for offering inviting and high-quality setups to experience. Everything is easy to navigate around on the homepage, with the various sports listed down the left-hand side – featured links are on show at the top for swift access. Meanwhile, the betting slip is on the right and registering for an account can begin simply enough when hitting the Open Account button.
Should you have more of a preference for betting while you’re on the move, the platform is accessible through smartphones and tablets. It has much more of a compact view this way, but you’ll still be able to navigate around the sportsbook easily enough. To do this, you just need to load it up through your iOS or Android device’s web browser. From there, you can log in with the standard username and password. There isn’t any difference in the colour scheme and general design, it’s just that to accommodate for the smaller mobile device screen, the layout is a bit more compacted. This isn’t any sort of downfall, though.
While some online sportsbooks also provide their players with a mobile app to download, Mr Play doesn’t have one of these available for the moment. So, while you may be able to participate in mobile betting, you can’t do it through an app.
If you would like a bit more of a sports betting thrill, then there’s always the in-play betting section for you to access. Navigating there will allow you to see the various sports events that are currently operating. These include football, eSports, table tennis, ice hockey, cricket and more. Accessing this section will display different stats and data about the games in action, and you can use this information so as to place bets while they’re in-play. Mr Play also has its own Cash Out function for you to make use of, and this allows you to end a bet before the game in question has finished. Therefore, you’ll be able to gain profit if you see yourself hitting such prior to a game’s finish or reduce your losses if things don’t go your way.
Mr Play doesn’t have any sort of live streaming service available for you to view. Therefore, you can’t watch the games unfold on the website while you’re betting on them. This doesn’t stop you from being able to participate in the live betting, though.
Mr Play remains actively competitive with other sportsbooks when it comes to the odds available. The pre-match pay-out reaches 94% on average, although when it comes to the NBA and English Premier League in particular, you can frequently find this increasing beyond 96%. Looking at the secondary leagues and such, the odds do tend to decrease, although there are 10,000 pre-match events occurring at the site every month. Footballer lovers will find the grand selection of bets on such to be inviting, with over 140 alternative bets for each game, incorporating wonderful odds.
There are over 27 sports on hand at Mr Play sportsbook, so you will find plenty to enjoy with regard to the different markets there. While the standard sports categories are on hand, you’ll also find a selection of extra markets to enjoy. These include options like who you believe will be the next James Bond or who will be the Britain’s Got Talent winner in 2020. These unique betting markets can be found under the Specials header.
To involve yourself with betting on the sports at Mr Play, you’ll find that there is a good number of payment methods supported there. Therefore, you should be able to find something to suit your own preferences. Keep in mind that prior to be able to cash any money out of your Mr Play account, you’ll need to be fully verified. This simply requires you to submit copies of certain identity documents.
Payment methods accepted for depositing funds include popular options like Visa and Mastercard, as well as e-wallets from Neteller, Skrill, PayPal, MuchBetter and ecoPayz. You’re also able to deposit money through Paysafecard, while other more localised payment methods are accepted, too. They include Instadebit, Sofort, Trustly and Giropay, amongst others.
Where withdrawals are concerned, you will have a smaller selection of payment methods to choose from. Credit and debit cards can be used, and withdrawals via one of these will take up to six days to complete. You can also use a bank transfer, which will finish in two to six business days. The e-wallets will all usually complete instantly, although can take up to two days (4 days in the case of ecoPayz). You’re able to withdraw no more than €7,000 per month from the site, which is quite a low maximum.
You’ll also have the opportunity to benefit from some promotions when you become a player at this platform. These start from the moment that you begin depositing and placing wagers at the sportsbook, and then continue throughout your time spent there.
Rewarding Welcome Offer
After you have completed your registration at Mr Play, you can make a deposit and then start betting. As long as your first bet is of at least €10, you’ll receive a free €10 bet token as well. The wager has to be of at least odds of 2.00 to qualify for this reward.
Play Boost!
If you’re a fan of betting accumulators at sportsbooks, then Play Boost from Mr Play will likely appeal to you. You can boost your acca bet winnings with this reward, as long as you make at least four pre-match bets. Wins can be boosted with accas by up to 77%, thanks to the Play Boost promotion. This all depends upon how many selections are included in your acca.
Mr Play also rewards its loyal players with its very own reward scheme. There are seven VIP stages to advance through, with the rewards for such improving with every new level you reach. You’ll always start out as a New Member tier player, and then go up through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and more. You’ll get a welcome package to introduce you to your new level each time, with additional perks being faster cash out processes, birthday bonuses and options for higher deposits and withdrawals.
You can go through various routes to seek help at Mr Play, too. There’s an FAQ section and a Help Centre. Both of these are filled with informative details about different processes at the sportsbook. Alternatively, you can opt to contact the customer support team, which is available through live chat and email, although they’re only reachable between 08:00 and 00:00 CET through the week. That being said, the advisors are always helpful and informative in themselves.

The fact that Mr Play is owned and operated by Aspire Global already puts it in good stead, as this is one of the best and highly reputable operators today. It bases itself out of Malta, which is where the site holds its first gambling licence from. A secondary one comes from the UK Gambling Commission, while a third is possessed from Sweden’s Spelinspektionen. These ensure that a fair and safe gaming environment is experienced at Mr Play. The site also utilises high-quality data encryption technology, which ensures that all transactions take place on a highly secure platform.

I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my time betting at Mr Play. There’s just something so compelling about the platform, and this is clear from the first moment that you access it. While there are one or two features that I would probably adjust slightly myself, such as the lack of 24/7 customer support and the low withdrawal limits, it’s generally a nice sportsbook.
I’m a fan of mobile betting, so the fact that everything at Mr Play is very mobile compatible makes it even more compelling for me. The mobile site runs just as smoothly as the desktop one, and there’s nothing missing from it, either. Granted, if you’re a fan of downloadable apps, Mr Play isn’t the sportsbook for you, but for me, I’m happy mobile betting either way.
There’s a nice introduction to the site with the welcome reward of €10, and I did take advantage of this. I’m also happy to see that there are welcome rewards as you ascend through each level of the VIP program, too. Perhaps one or two more promotions could be added into the collection in general, but I’m certainly happy with what Mr Play provides overall in this area.
When it comes right down to it, this sportsbook does a lot better than many others. The design of the site is welcoming, the range of sports is great, there are some inviting odds on offer and the supported payment methods add to this appeal. I have very little to complain about at Mr Play.
